What is meditation? How did the ‘then’ change our ‘now’?

I absolutely loved this video.  It is so simple, so graphically well done. This video explains the benefits of meditation.  Changing the world begins with you simply closing your eyes, diving deeper within yourself, clearing out your mind, your toxic emotions and ultimately – experiencing a shift or change in yourself.  And with that shift, things around you start to change, and triggering a positive change in the world.  I have been practicing meditation for close to 7 years now, and each day when I close my eyes, I aim to dive deeper.  Things in my universe have shifted and they continue to trigger changes or shifts in my life and in the world around me.
