Do the things you think you cannot do…


Did you know .. we are born with only 2 fears … fear of falling and fear of loud noises?  Rest all of our fears are learnt.  We stop ourselves from excelling, from growing, from achieving. We put limits on ourselves because people expect that from us, society expects us to behave in a certain manner.  I am not saying ignore family & cultural values – I am saying just be who you truly want to be.

Nothing is impossible … deep down we all know that.  Somewhere along the line we have let our fears rule & control us, rather than our strength, courage & confidence leading us.  Ultimately, if you achieve the things that you (and the rest of the world) deemed you cannot do, where fears prevented you from achieving – the sense of happiness will be incomparable.
